We have the information you need to determine assessment areas
for your bank, and will provide help and assistance to you in setting
up an assessment area.  

The assessment area mapping package includes:

  • Assessment Area map, with color coded census tracts.

  • Assessment Area map with color coded census tract
    income classifications.

  • Report of census tracts in the assessment area with:
  •    income classification,
  •    median family income,
  •    population,
  •    number of families
  •    minority population.
  •    percent of minority population in the census tract
Maps are also available for mapping of customers against HIDTA
and HIFCA regions for BSA risk analysis, mapping of deposits, and
