This 5 hour training (6 hours with breaks and a lunch recess) will cover everything that a HMDA reporter operating under the partial exemption* needs to know:

• the fields that must be reported - both old and new (not all "new" fields went away for partially exempt reporters)

• the rules that apply to those fields (new rules that apply to old fields)

• definitions - understanding the terms is key to proper reporting

• tricky rules like conditional approvals, withdrawn and closed for incompleteness, preapprovals, etc.
